In addition, the dishes of restaurant Flamboyant are based on traditional recipes. In this way we serve authentic Indonesian food in the centre of Haarlem.

We want to introduce the people and visitors of Haarlem and the surrounding area to the versatile Indonesian cuisine. That is why our menu includes delicious rice tables, Nasi Rames and one of our specialties, the Daging Bistek Djawa. This is buttery tender tenderloin topped with a sweet-spicy Javanese soy sauce. But also think of one of our vegetarian or vegan dishes such as the vegetarian rice table or Tempeh Bumbu Bali (fried Tempeh with a spicy sambal sauce and freshly stir-fried vegetables).
